Ministry of Justice and Federal Court Complex – Abu Dhabi

Project Name : Ministry of Justice and Federal Court Complex – Abu Dhabi

Consultant : M/s. DEC & Hill International

The project’s scope of work consists of 4-storey court building located at Sector No SW17, Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi. This project involves construction of building no. 35 for the Emirates Real Estate Corporation (EREC), the Federal Courts Complex and Ministry of Justice Building. The facilities will also feature courtrooms, offices, theater, gate building, service building, roads, parking and other amenities spread over an area more than 400000 square feet.

The project’s scope of work consists of a 6-storey hotel located at Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The project includes floor area of 39,500m², the 340-key property features 291 standard guestrooms, 33 standard suites, one royal suite, two ambassador suites, 11 one-bedroom villas, and two two-bedroom villas.

Dubai Frame – Dubai

Dubai Frame is the most recent landmark added value to Dubai traditional and luxurious heritage. The project comprises a 150-metre-high, 93-metre-wide structure being built to resemble a huge picture frame, through which landmarks representing modern Dubai such as Emirates Towers and Burj Khalifa can be seen on one side, while from the other side, visitors can view older parts of the city such as Deira, Umm Harare and Karama. Exterior design of Dubai Frame was inspired from the logo of Expo 2020.
